CNR are a multi national Oil company based in Aberdeen. They have over 250 phone users based in various countries all over the world as far a field as Ivory Coast using an array of devices from Blackberries to mobile broadband data cards.
SCT took over the management of their mobile communications in 2002 when CNR were based 200 yds down the road from our offices at Guildford.
Since then SCT have arranged and updated various bespoke tariff solutions through Vodafone that gives CNR discounted rates off all their international and roaming calls and blackberry usage in the UK and abroad, keeping their costs monitored and adjusted accordingly over time. SCT also provide a full back up service for all data/blackberry technical queries and requirements including equipment and software.
Since 2002 SCT have offered CNR an impeccable account management service on all aspects of their mobile communication requirements with regular tariff reviews, yearly re-sign proposal for cash back and updated bespoke tariffs. With a next day loan/replacement phone service and orders taken up to 6.00 pm and delivered next day as early as 9.30 a.m , the service CNR receive has not changed since relocating from Guildford to Aberdeen.
This has been reflected by the fact that CNR have just re-signed a new 24 month deal with Vodafone through SCT in June 2008.
